Job Description

Reach out to potential clients via phone or email to understand requirements

Follow up regularly to maintain client interest and develop mutual understanding

Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and clarity

Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, quotations and meetings

Maintain and update lead and client information in Excel or CRM software
-
Generate weekly reports on lead performance and activity
-
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or client coordination
-
B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in Geotechnical Engineering is a plus

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Confident phone presence with a polite and professional tone

Familiarity with Excel and basic CRM tools

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated professional who is confident in client communication. The role requires strong phone etiquette, data accuracy and coordination skills. A Geotechnical Engineer (B.Tech or relevant degree) with experience in the construction, infrastructure or environmental sectors is highly encouraged to apply, as the role may also involve technical coordination with the engineering team.
