A leading multinational company is looking for dynamic, goal-driven individuals to join their AR Calling team. Whether you're a fresher ready to take the leap or a professional with experience in Medical Billing, this is your chance to grow with a global healthcare process.

 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with US insurance companies via phone calls on outstanding claims.
• Understand and resolve denials and underpayments
• Analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all call activities.
• Work with internal teams to meet performance targets, including SLAs and quality metrics.
• Maintain professional communication with payers and peers.

 

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 04 years in AR Calling / US Medical Billing / RCM.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
• Basic understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle is a plus.
• Freshers with strong English skills are highly encouraged to apply!
