Job Description
- Role Overview: As a member of the Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team, you will have the opportunity to work from either Hyderabad, Telangana, India or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through their cloud journey to drive business growth. You will leverage Google's global network, web-scale data centers, and software infrastructure to shape the future of businesses. Your role will involve providing domain expertise in cloud platforms, designing and implementing cloud-based technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations to meet business objectives. Additionally, you will serve as a technical advisor, troubleshoot technical issues for customers, create best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code. This role may require up to 30% travel for in-region meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities. Key Responsibilities: - Automate infrastructure provisioning, Developer Operations (DevOps), integration, or delivery - Have experience in networking, compute infrastructure, architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments - Proficiency in scripting with Terraform - Knowledge in various areas like Networking, DevOps, Security, Compute, Storage, Hadoop, Kubernetes, or Site Reliability Engineering - Provide technical guidance and support to customers - Design and implement cloud-based technical architectures - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide best practice recommendations - Create tutorials, blog articles, and sample code Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience - Experience in networking, compute infrastructure, architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments - Certification in Cloud with experience in Kubernetes, Google Kubernetes Engine, or similar - Experience in customer-facing migration processes, IT security practices, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) techniques, building prototypes or applications, and expertise in software development, managing operating system environments, network design and deployment, databases, storage systems (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
