Job Title: International Voice Process Executive
Salary: Upto 7 lpa

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our international voice process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls from international clients.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses.

• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.

• Meet performance and quality targets.

Requirements: both freshers and experienced 

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in night shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Prior BPO/call center experience is an added advantage.
