Seeking an experienced Java Tech lead with 8+ years relevant experience in Java microservice & adobe experience manager (AEM). Must have a strong background in software architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development, with a proven record of delivering large-scale applications and leading engineering teams.

• Design and develop scalable, secure applications using Java, Spring, REST APIs, and AEM
• Implement business processes via APIs, event-driven, batch, and web services
• Lead development on PCF, Jenkins, Oracle/Postgres, GIT, and messaging frameworks
• Apply secure coding standards and mentor engineers
• Collaborate across teams using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Hands-on experience with AEM, Java, and microservices
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, domain-driven design, and SDLC practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skillsRole & responsibilities
