Role & responsibilities

Batch Monitoring using Schedulers such as Stonebranch, Zeek
Incident management using Servicenow tool
Service Request Management
Communication with stakeholders
Rotational 24x7 shift including night shift and holidays

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have - Unix, SQL, Database, Shell script, Communication Skill

Good-to-Have - Production support and ITIL skills, ServiceNow, Stonebranch
