Requirements
- Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA Intern / Commerce Graduate
- Experience: 4 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance (preferably in QC, e-commerce, or related industries)
- Required only male candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support in preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Coordinate with business teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy of financial projections.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Perform monthly P&L reviews, variance analysis, and provide commentary on key deviations.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Track key financial KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, and explain discrepancies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Support the finance team in financial planning and analysis activities.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required by management.
- Candidate should have good knowledge on Accounting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
- Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Business Partnering
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
- MIS & Data Management
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS reports.
- Work with Tech/analytics teams to enhance reporting systems and automation.
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.
- Support internal/external audits with required data and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau ,SQL,Python,looker studio,Jupyter is an added advantage.
