Skills: Excellent written communication (Customer service experience is a plus )

Job Description:

For Freshers:
Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Deliver accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
Learn internal tools and follow standard operating procedures

For Experienced Candidates:
Handle complex customer queries and escalations efficiently
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement
