Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Chennai - Ramapuram
Salary: 1.4 LPA to 2.4 LPA
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Officer will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads to create new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, negotiation, and closing of deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the company's presence in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or Any Diploma Course
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
