Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testingAssign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficientlyTracking project milestones and deliverablesKeeping track of new requirements from the project
Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvalsResponsible for Metrics Measurement and ImplementationReport upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defectsEnsure adherence to test processes
Daily Defect DiscussionsManaging and monitoring work of tea
