Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead planning, coordination, and supervision of UAT, ensuring high-quality test cases are developed for all digital insurance journeys (Life Non-Life).
Review and approve the creation of UAT test plans and detailed test cases written by the team.
Oversee and mentor testers in developing effective test cases; ensure coverage across use cases and regulatory scenarios.
Assign tasks, track progress and ensure documentation consistency and completeness.
Foster alignment between business, IT and vendor teams on test case development and UAT execution.
Ensure timely defect reporting, root cause analysis and closure routines.
Drive process improvement in test case design, documentation and overall UAT methodology.
Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Technology, Finance or a related field.
5+ years experience in software/application testing, with significant exposure to UAT for insurance or banking domains.
At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Demonstrated expertise in preparing, reviewing and refining UAT test case documentation.
Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, and test management and documentation tools.
Excellent managerial, communication and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliverables in multi-project environments
