About Position
We are seeking a highly skilled .Net Lead professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and implement robust backend services and APIs while leveraging AI development tools to enhance productivity. You'll work on building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs under the guidance of senior architects, gaining valuable experience in cloud-native development and modern backend architecture patterns.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C# and .NET frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
- Ensure application security and data protection through best practices.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and development trends.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 812 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
- Proven experience in developing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
- Experience in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is preferred.
- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
- Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React/Blazor (preferred)
- Database: SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ
- Tools & Platforms: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins
- Testing: NUnit, xUnit, Moq
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Other Skills: RESTful services, microservices architecture, performance tuning, security best practices
