Inventory Management Expert @ Prudent Globaltech

Job Description

• Expertise in using complex Excel formulas (eg, VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIF) to calculate inventory values, track stock levels, and perform data analysis.
• Ability to write Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) code to automate inventory processes, create custom reports, and develop user-friendly, secure inventory management systems
• Proficiency in using Excels analytical tools, such as pivot tables , to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and create dashboards for improved decision-making.
• Skill in designing dynamic, interactive spreadsheets that can effectively manage and categorize infrastructure assets, from equipment to materials.
• Knowledge of creating or modifying Excel inventory templates for specific needs, like physical inventory count sheets, asset depreciation calculators, or warehouse inventory lists
• Manage workbook options and settings
• Manage and format data
• Create advanced formulas and macros
• Manage advanced charts and tables
• Amortization tables
• Inventory schedules
• Facilitating easy data export from Excel to other systems and integrating data from various sources to provide a holistic view of infrastructure inventory
