We are looking for a senior, hands-on technical leader to design and implement the next generation of our Quality Engineering strategy. This role blends performance engineering, test automation architecture, and AI-driven solutions to address complex quality challenges in our healthcare product suite.
As the thought leader and subject matter expert, you will define the roadmap, build proof-of-concepts, write code, mentor engineers, and ensure our systems scale efficiently while meeting strict healthcare compliance standards.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications.
- Expert-level, hands-on proficiency with modern performance testing tools, with mandatory, in-depth experience using K6. Experience with other tools such as Gatling, JMeter, or LoadRunner is a significant plus.
- Proven experience designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep experience with API testing methodologies and tools (Postman, REST Assured).
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of AI/ML concepts within a software testing context.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and DevOps principles.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
