Test Lead - Data @ Hexaware Technologies

Job Description

• Lead the design and execution of test plans for data-centric projects.
• Define testing strategies and methodologies for data validation and verification.
• Coordinate with data engineers, data analysts, and developers to understand data flows and requirements.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks for data testing.
• Perform data profiling, data quality checks, and data reconciliation.
• Identify and document defects, work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and data security policies during testing.
• Monitor and report on test progress, test results, and quality metrics.
• Mentor and guide junior testers and QA team members.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and data quality considerations
