Job Overview:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the workplace,
managing vendor relationships, coordinating facilities and office supplies, supporting HR & IT teams in employee
services, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role requires excellent organizational,
communication, and problem-solving skills to support a fast-paced IT environment.

Location: Pune (5 days a week; weekends if required)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Office & Facility Administration

Act as a key liaison between employees and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and query
resolution.

Manage employee lifecycle support including attendance, leave approvals, and HR-related assistance.
2. Vendor & Procurement Management

Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and external partners for events and office needs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, timely updates, and accurate documentation.

Oversee system access, user accounts, and data security protocols.
Provide basic troubleshooting, coordinate with IT vendors, and ensure smooth system operations.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT asset provisioning.
Support and maintain SaaS & cloud platforms (Office 365, SharePoint, GCP, AWS, Azure).
Ensure data security, regular updates, and backups.
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Provide timely IT support to employees, including onboarding/exits.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms (Office 365, SharePoint, GCP, AWS, Azure).
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
36 years of experience in Office Administration & System support (preferably IT/shared workspace).
Strong knowledge of vendor management, procurement, and workplace operations.
