Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Mortgage Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to the mortgage industry. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainees' performance, and providing feedback. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to identify training needs and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in mortgage processes, regulations, and best practices
- Strong presentation and instructional skills
- Proficiency in developing training materials and programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools
- Familiarity with industry software and technology
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a mortgage trainer or similar role is a plus.
- Should be well familiar with Underwriting documents.
- Experienced in Non-QM UW/Prefund QC.
- Should have good experience in 4c's
