  • Experience4+ yearsJob Overview Weare seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RFP Proposal Specialist tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting thedevelopment of proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs),assisting with RFP scanning from various bid sites, and vetting RFPopportunities to ensure alignment with the company's products and services. Responsibilitiesand Duties Monitor and scan various bid sites fornew RFP opportunities Vet RFP opportunities to ensure alignmentwith the company's products and services, including Reviewing RFP requirements and evaluatingthe company's ability to meet those requirements Identifying potential risks andopportunities associated with each RFP Assist in the development of proposals,including researching and gathering information, writing and editing content,and formatting documents Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales,presales/delivery, and subject matter experts, to ensure proposals arecomprehensive and accurate Ensure all proposals are compliant with RFP requirements andsubmitted on time Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of thecompany's products and services Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) tomeasure proposal success Preferred Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in writing or reviewing RFPs as well as proposals
  • Experience within Enterprise IT
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools, including Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
