Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational Week Off No weekends off)
Salary: 40,000 55,000 gross per month + Incentives

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Orthodontist to join our retail clinic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating orthodontic cases using aligners and braces and will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical consultations, orthodontic assessments, and treatment planning.
Supervise and monitor aligner treatments (invisible braces) and other orthodontic appliances.
Take impressions, perform IPR and attachments as needed.
Manage follow-ups and clinical progress of patients.
Ensure clinic hygiene, patient safety, and adherence to SOPs.
Provide a smooth and professional experience to patients during each visit.
Collaborate with internal teams including dental planners and customer support.
Desired Profile
Qualification: BDS + MDS in Orthodontics (Mandatory)
Experience: 13 years of clinical orthodontic practice (Aligner experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with comfort in handling intraoral scanners and digital tools
Willing to work in a retail setup with high patient interaction
