Job Description
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting , and long-term planning
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting cycles
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reports and dashboards for leadership
- Perform monthly commission and sales analysis
- Lead and optimize sales reporting , including pipeline analysis, sales trends, and performance metrics
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Business Units to gather financial inputs and align on key business drivers
- Work closely with the CEO and CFO to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business case development
- Assist in evaluating new opportunities and identifying key business risks
- Contribute to the preparation of Board presentations and other executive-level reports
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights in materials delivered to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and performance tracking
- Serve as a financial business partner to stakeholders across departments
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance
- Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial planning / Reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Anaplan and Sisense )
- Proficient in sales reporting and KPI tracking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, strategic, and data-driven insights
- Experience in the software industry
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
