Job Description

Role Overview: Requirements Engineer Key Responsibilities:
• Customer requirements gathering and documentation
• Creating and maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Tracking each customer requirement to closure
• Drafting project reports
• Working knowledge of Jama tools
• Experience with ASPICE model in requirement management
Ownership & Responsibilities:
• Importing requirements into the correct location in Jama
• Ensuring traceability between requirements and test cases
• Leading requirements review processes
• Supporting the team with Jama usage and technical queries
• Generating metrics and reporting to stakeholders
• Baselining requirements for specification changes or test cycles
