Showroom Manager And Assistant Manager @ Bhima Jewellery

Job Description

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize showroom revenue.

• Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers.

• Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies to maintain market leadership.

Customer Service

• Ensure superior customer experience by maintaining high service standards.

• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints with professionalism.

• Train staff in customer engagement, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.

Team Management

• Lead, guide, and motivate showroom staff (sales executives, cashiers, inventory staff, etc.).

• Allocate sales targets and monitor individual/team performance.

• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, grooming, and sales techniques.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily showroom operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and sales reports.

• Ensure proper visual merchandising and display as per brand guidelines.

• Maintain stock levels, coordinate with inventory team, and manage replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and audit requirements.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.

• Provide insights on customer trends, product performance, and improvement areas.

• Coordinate with management for business planning and promotions.
