Job Description

Provide support for BPS North Zone via ticketing system.

• Create new user IDs (SAP DBM, CRM, LEYTRACK, DIGISERVE).
• Responsible for Vendor code creation.
• Responsible for Customer code creation.
• Unlock IDs of DBM, CRM, LEYTRACK and DIGISERVD.
• Activate SAP IDs.
• Responsible for service activities.
• Manage spares activities.
• Knowledge about service how they will open & close the job card.
• Resolve all errors facing by the user from open to close the job card.
• Knowledge about spares how to create the Purchase Order, release the PO and many more.
• Responsible for give offline & online training to the newly joined employee at the end of dealers via MS Teams.
