We are a leading HR Consulting Firm with offices across India. We have rich search experience across industry verticals. I am currently hiring for below job position :

Current Role : Project Manager (Electromechanical)
Location : Gurgaon

ABOUT CLIENT : It's a German company headquartered in Munich that provides securities printing services and cash handling systems. BELOW IS THE BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE :

Responsible for managing electromechanical new product development projects with focus on schedule, communication, cost and quality. Complete ownership and responsibility pf successfully executing the projects and ensuring quality in all aspects of the project management.

Qualification :

• Bachelor or Masters degree in a related engineering discipline (mechanical or electronics engineering or electrical engineering)
• Total 10 to 12 years with 2 to 3 years of experience in leading a new product development project as project manager with good project management skillset.
• Minimum should have worked in one project cycle from concept phase to transfer till production.
• Good working knowledge of project management methods PMI or Prince2. Certification is not mandatory but would be of advantage.
• Working experience in a multinational company in project management and or Product development environment.
• Good expertise in planning and managing schedule and risks.

Soft Skills :

• Team player and good coordination skills working with development team.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good Influencing skill in getting work done.

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
