Job Description

Designation : Executive Commercial

Experience : 3-4 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Notice : 15 days - 30 days

Mandatory skills : Assisting in procurement activities , sourcing , vendor negotiation , purchase order management , maintain the records , files of purchase data , vendor management , onboarding , performance metrics .


MS office tools , Tally ERP or Procurement software is plus.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive - Commercial to support day-to-day commercial operations. The candidate should assist in procurement, vendor management, cost control, Vendor Payments, Audits & Compliance and coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth business operations and alignment with company objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchase order management.
  • Maintain records & files of Purchase data,
  • Vendor Management & Onboarding & performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
  • Prepare and manage commercial contracts, agreements, and NDAs in coordination with the legal team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely procurement and delivery of IT assets and services.
  • Track and Reconcile Purchase invoice verification, payment Schedules , and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
  • Handle timely Vendor Payments thru a detailed Payables data record
  • Maintain accurate records of all commercial transactions and documents.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Assist in risk assessments and audits related to vendor contracts and commercial activities

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT procurement, vendor management and AP Handling
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; experience with Tally, ERP or procurement software is a plus.
  • Analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a IT related field
  • MBA or relevant certification (e.g., SCM, Procurement) is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar commercial/procurement role .
