Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a Full Stack Automation Engineer with expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) tools and low-code platforms, combined with strong coding skills. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions leveraging Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, and Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism.
- Design and build applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps).
- Automate business processes through Microsoft Power Automate.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code/scripts using Python, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate automation workflows with backend services and APIs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA to deliver automation projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in RPA and low-code/no-code automation.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React.js and backend development using Node.js.
- Good understanding of APIs, integration techniques, and automation architecture.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and automate them effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to database technologies and data integration.
