Dev Tools : Git, GitHub, Jenkins, JUnit, Maven, Ant and build automation.
Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
Ability to read and understand legacy code and complex stored procedures.
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
