Role Overview: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

Join our healthcare support team and play a key role in managing the revenue cycle by ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance providers for claim follow-ups and resolutions.
• Respond to patient queries related to billing and provide clear guidance.
• Work with internal departments to resolve claim discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and claim statuses.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome (Graduates from 2020 to 2025 with no backlogs).
• Life Science graduates are encouraged to apply.
• B.Tech/BE graduates are not eligible.
• Strong command of English communication (spoken and written).
• Good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
