Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Automation Developer with expertise in Power Platform( Power Apps, Power Automate, PBI and Python) . This role requires crafting efficient and engaging automation workflows, as well as integrating these solutions with various external tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, experience with robotic process automation, and a deep understanding of API integration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Assessment and Feasibility Analysis: Analyze and identify business processes suitable for automation. Assess the feasibility of automation for different processes and suggest the best tools and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
2. App Development: Develop and configure automated workflows using tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate. Write and maintain custom scripts and code (e.g., Python) to handle complex automation tasks that cannot be achieved through standard tools.
3. API Integration: Integrate solutions with various external systems and applications via APIs to enhance automation capabilities. Ensure seamless data flow between automated processes and other business applications.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing of automated workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Identify and resolve issues, bugs, or inefficiencies in automated processes.
5. Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy solutions in production environments and monitor their performance. Implement monitoring tools to track the health and performance of automated workflows, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt issue resolution.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Document all aspects of the automation process, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Generate reports on the performance, ROI, and impact of automated processes on business operations.
Skills
- Proficiency in technologies like Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Frontend Technologies like React JS / Flutter ( Good to Have).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. ( Good to Have).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
