Dot Net Lead @ Codiant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.) to analyze requirements, design system architecture, and implement software solutions.
• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality code within defined timelines.
• Participate in and guide code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and apply them to enhance existing products.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in C# and .NET Core.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.
• Solid front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases with strong database design knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker; knowledge of orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a bonus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Deep understanding of web security best practices, including secure coding techniques.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
