About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Bulk Hiring Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing high-volume hiring for frontline and field roles across locations. Ideal for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver results under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bulk hiring across various functions and locations
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and field activities
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews efficiently
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Conduct walk-ins, job fairs, and local hiring drives as needed
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly MIS reports
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely onboarding
Support documentation and joining formalities of selected candidates
Requirements:
Experience in bulk hiring
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with hiring tools and platforms
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Excel and recruitment reporting
Experience in hiring for sales roles preferred
