Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  
• Provide excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.

• Handle post-sales relationship management with existing clients.
  
• Understand client requirements and provide solutions aligned with IndiaMART offerings.
  
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.
  
• Work on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of IndiaMART services to assigned clients.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver promised services.
  
• Conduct regular review meetings (telephonic/video/in-person) with clients to track performance.
  
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9 months to 3 years of experience in client servicing / account management / customer success / sales support.
  
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
  
• Self-motivated with a client-first approach.
