Job Description
ey Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Design and implement scalable, secure DevOps architectures for on-premise OpenShift clusters. Define CI/CD strategies aligned with enterprise security and compliance standards (reBIT, RBI). Implementation & Automation Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines for complex enterprise applications. Integrate security controls into CI/CD workflows (DevSecOps). Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to regulatory and security frameworks (reBIT, RBI). Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to drive DevOps best practices. Mentor and guide teams on DevOps and DevSecOps principles. Operations & Support Manage and optimize OpenShift clusters for performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and infrastructure issues. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise 10+ years in DevOps roles, with at least 3+ years as an architect. Strong experience with OpenShift (on-premise) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, BuildPiper etc.). Expertise in DevSecOps, security scanning tools (SonarQube, Aqua, Twistlock, etc.). Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar). Security & Compliance Deep understanding of security guidelines at large banks for on-premise setups. Experience implementing secure pipelines and compliance checks. Soft Skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (Banking/Financial Services preferred). Employment Type: All positions are on a fixed-term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent. Role & responsibilities
