Project description This role supports the Murex platform by ensuring system availability, incident resolution, and production stability. You will work closely with technology teams to maintain a resilient environment for trading and risk management systems.
Responsibilities
Monitor and support Murex applications to ensure availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
Perform log analysis, root-cause identification, and provide permanent fixes.
Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues.
Support system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
Skills Must have
2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
At least 2 years of direct experience with Murex.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities. Nice to have
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
