Job Description

The Employee Engagement & Communications Executive will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and foster a culture of collaboration, recognition, and belonging. This role will manage engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, internal communications,cultural events, wellness initiatives, and sponsorship coordination to build a positive and vibrant workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in planning and executing the annual engagement calendar (festivals, team-building activities, town halls, wellness sessions, cultural events).
  • Coordinate Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs and maintain employee appreciation records.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and employee connect initiativesto strengthen employee experience.
  • Partner with HRBPs and managers to drive engagement surveys and action plans. Communications:
  • Draft and design internal communications, newsletters, mailers, and event invites.
  • Create engaging content for employee communication channels (intranet, email, posters,
  • WhatsApp groups, digital screens, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and branding across internal communication platforms.
  • Support leadership communication for town halls, announcements, and employee campaigns.

Event & Vendor Coordination:


  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies for engagement activities, sponsorships, and merchandise.
  • Manage budgets, logistics, and timely execution of events. Skills & Qualifications
  • Post-Graduate in Human Resources (Preferred: Active member of event committees/clubs during academics).
  • Graduate with Minimum 6 months of experience in HR, employee engagement, events, or internal communications.

  • Strong communication (written & verbal), coordination, and event management skills.
  • Creative, energetic, and people-focused with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
