Department: Learning and Development
Tasks:
1. Train New Joiners on IndiaMart product & processes
2. Coordinate with SMEs, Admin, HR, business stakeholders for smooth functioning of training
3. Facilitate sessions on products, processes and skills
4. Design & share monthly training calendar
5. Track and report completion of training sessions
6. Publish monthly/quarterly training reports
7. Deliver training updates to the business
8. Revise and update the content when required
9. Assess instructional quality / impact and determine the impact of training on employee skills
10. Gather & report feedback from trainers & trainees
11. Host train the trainer for SMEs
12. Travel to branches (if applicable) and conduct training programs
13. Research & recommend new training methods (eLearning/gamification)
14. Communicating with Client acquisition and Servicingteams, Managers & relevant stakeholders to identify training needs
15. Design content & develop training programs (in house/outsourced) for existing employees (All levels)
Skill Sets:
1. Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills
2. Competency in MS Office especially Excel & PPT
3. Should be a team player, proactive, go-getter and energetic
4. Experience with eLearning platforms
5. Should have good program management skills
6. Analytics driven thought process
7. Foresee challenges & deliver solution
Experience (Preferred):
1. Minimum 1-3 years
