IGT Solutions is hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Process Trainer to join our dynamic team supporting International Travel operations in a contact center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, improving team performance, and ensuring a seamless learning experience that aligns with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver and manage end-to-end training programs for new hires and existing staff.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide regular feedback and improvement plans.
Conduct floor support, performance coaching, and mentoring sessions.
Collaborate with Operations to share training reports/MIS and track progress.
Ensure training content is regularly reviewed and updated with process changes.
Participate in internal and external calibrations.
Conduct refresher trainings based on Training Needs Identification (TNI).
Manage knowledge assessments for both new hires and production staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

15 years of experience in process/product/soft skills/upskilling training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer/client handling abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
Prior experience in a BPO/Contact Center setup preferred.
