Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Specialist to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Python, and Azure AI services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing generative AI models to solve complex business problems and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement generative AI solutions using RAG frameworks and LLMs.
- Develop and maintain Python-based AI pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and inference.
- Integrate Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Azure ML) into enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance and ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and security.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Cognitive Search.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP techniques, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud-native development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search).
- Knowledge of data governance and ethical AI principles.
- Certifications in Azure AI or related technologies.
