Job Description
IGT Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager, Revenue Finance to join IGT Solutions. This role is critical to fostering a positive, fair, and inclusive Experience (CX) work environment that supports the high-performance culture of our customer-facing teams. The Executive will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on employee relations issues, helping to align employee engagement with business goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Job Responsibilities
- Revenue Recognition: Ensure compliance with accounting standards for recognizing revenue correctly.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Variance Analysis: Analyze actual vs. forecasted revenue and explain key drivers of change.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align revenue goals with business strategy.
- Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits related to revenue and billing.
Qualifications
- Qualified Charted Accountant
- 1-3years of experience in revenue accounting, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems SAP S4 Hana, BI tool will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
