Roles and Responsibility:

Desktop hard ware troubleshooting & part replacement,Printer/ Scanner,HUB/Switch Installation-Hardware trained,Knowledge of remote access applications like RDP,Putty etc ,

Understanding of Drivers/Patches/Tools download from OEM web site.Basic Networking

Android and IOS knowledge,Anti Virus Support at client side

Desired Candidate:

Qualification: Graduate Mandatory

Exp range: Minimum 1 yr experience in Remote support

Good Communication skills.
