Job Description
DEP is hiring Durability Analyst with below mentioned skills:
Software - Tool Knowledge:
- Pre and Post Processors: Hypermesh and Hyperview.
- Solvers: Abaqus, Optistruct and Nastran
Responsibilities
- CAD Positioning, Assembling CAD, CAD cleanup and Durability and NVH meshing for solid components like mount bracket, engine block, Transmission case, Suspension Parts, Door parts etc. Shell meshing (sheet metal and plastic parts) for BIW, pipes, Internal panel, Front facia, etc.
- Initial Input file verification and prepare a detailed query/assumption report.
- Model setup and deck preparation for static structural analysis (linear and non- linear) for different solvers Abaqus, Nastran and Opti struct, linear/nonlinear analysis by considering contact, Bolt Pretension and material non-linearity.
- Handling convergence issues in the model, debugging and simulation in ABAQUS and Optistruct.
- Analyze the result for structural integrity and prepare a detailed report for stress contours, scorecard, graphs using MS-Office as per customer requirements.
