Job Description
- Your Role: - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for PeopleSoft HCM modules. - Provide functional support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft HCM applications. - Conduct fit/gap analysis to assess business needs versus delivered functionality. - Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and customizations. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity. Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications: - Applies scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. - Responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. - Requires the exercise of original thought and judgment and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. - Builds skills and expertise of the software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. - Collaborates and acts as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. Your Profile: - Provide functional support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft HCM applications. - Conduct fit/gap analysis to assess business needs versus delivered functionality. - Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and customizations. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity. - Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities. - Conduct user training and develop training materials for end users. - Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. - Work with project teams to perform quality assurance reviews throughout implementations and upgrades. - Communicate status, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders.
