Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, known for seamlessly blending domain expertise with enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement testing strategies for software applications. - Collaborate closely with development teams to identify system requirements and ensure consistent project execution. - Identify, document, and track bugs meticulously. - Review system requirements and monitor quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts. Qualifications Required: - Over 10 years of experience in Automation Architect with Selenium. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. - Proficiency in automated testing tools and methodologies. - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. - Experience in performance and/or security testing. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development principles. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of database technologies like SQL or NoSQL. - Understanding of microservices architecture, mobile application testing, containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes, and version control systems like Git.,
