Job Description

Here is the skillset of the Generative AI engineer we will need:

Required Skills:

Generative AI Expertise: Experience in - Agentic AI, LLMs, Google ADK, Anthropic MCP, multi-agent frameworks. Prompt engineering, Evaluation frameworks, Observability
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI (asynchronous implementation).
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS for deploying AI applications.
Database Expertise: Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Redis, ChromaDB) and traditional SQL & NoSQL databases.
Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Performance Optimization: Ability to conduct performance testing and optimize backend systems.
Preferred Skills
AI experience in Classical ML & Deep learning
Knowledge of ReAct, HIL etc. frameworks for multi-agent AI systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Logging Tools: Proficiency in Splunk for logging and diagnostics.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges in cloud deployment and backend optimization.
Understanding of ethical AI practices and governance frameworks.
