Job Overview -
We are looking for a Product Owner with 2+ years of experience to join our IT team. You will
be responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements, managing the product
backlog, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-value features. This role
offers the opportunity to grow your product management skills while contributing to innovative
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals.
Support the development team throughout the sprint lifecycle by providing clarity on
requirements.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and
retrospectives.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support product decisions.
Assist in tracking KPIs and product performance metrics.
Act as the bridge between business, design, and technical teams.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Junior Product Owner / Business Analyst in
an IT environment.
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Basic understanding of SDLC and product lifecycle management.
