Skill set: Catia V5, V6/3DX, Knowledge of Plastics and Sheet Metal automotive parts.

Domain knowledge

• Catia V5 and V6(3DX)
• Design and Development of Automotive Exterior Sheet metal and plastic part
• Understanding of Ford Processes (Design Requirement, E2ks, Release process) will be added advantage.

Job Description

• Hands on experience in Catia V5 (Part/surface/drawing).
• Experience in V6/3DX is added advantage.
• Sound knowledge in packaging study and master section creation.
• Design and development of Interior Trims and Exterior Sheet metal parts from concept to final design as per the design requirements within the timeline.
• Participating in design review meetings and provide solutions.
• Knowledge in benchmarking and cost reduction.
• Identification and resolution of design related issues during development till release.
• Knowledge of prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly processes of Interiors and exterior parts.
• Knowledge in Team Center and Vismockup.
• Demonstrate good customer and cross functional relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Knowledge in MS office tools.
