CTC: 3,50,000 per annum
Program Overview Management Trainee (MT):
The KPN MT Program is a structured, 6-month training journey designed to develop fresh graduates into future store leaders. Trainees will receive hands-on exposure and mentorship across:
- Store Operations
- Customer Experience
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Team Management & People Skills
On successful completion of the program, you will be promoted to Assistant Store Manager, with a fast-track path to becoming a Store Manager, leading high-performing stores generating over 12 Cr annually.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual CTC: 3,50,000
Post-Assessment CTC (Store Manager): 4,50,000
Incentives: Performance-based
CTC Includes: 50,000 annual bonus
