Job Description
- Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings to understand business problem/objective of project
- Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes
- Lead the design, development, and testing of cloud-native microservices
- Act as an individual contributor and come up with use cases for AI/ML implementations for projects being executed
- Interpret requirements into application design and provide technical leadership
- Collaborate with business and scrum teams in an agile development environment
- Ensure the quality, architecture, and accuracy of released code
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines using EPL and GitHub, with focus towards secure coding practices
- Understand and estimate feature based estimation of functionalities, and ensure on-schedule, and on-scope delivery within quality goals
- Follow proactive vulnerability and secure based development practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience building microservices
- Experience with UI technologies like REACT
- Experience with Web Services, Web Services Security, REST, SOAP
- Hands-on experience with instrumenting CI/CD pipelines
- Practical experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
- Solid understanding of agile methodology
- Proven solid written and verbal communication skills including explaining complex concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audience
- Proven ability to assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements into implementable solution
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies & leverage them to execute on the use cases given to solve business problems
