Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design** including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure compelling user experiences.
• Define and execute UX strategy and vision** across products, aligning with business objectives and customer insights.
• Mentor and guide UX/UI designers**, fostering skill development and ensuring high-quality, consistent design outputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally** with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UX solutions.
• Lead user research efforts** such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Drive design system evolution and implementation**, ensuring usability, scalability, and consistency across platforms.
• Present design concepts and rationale** to stakeholders during sprint reviews and key meetings.
