Salary: 16,000 33,000 (Take Home) + Incentives + Retention Bonus

Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice & Non-Voice Processes at [24]7.ai. If you have excellent communication skills and are looking to build a rewarding career in customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat for clients in the US, Canada, or Australia.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate (No backlogs)
- Experience:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
- Minimum 1 year experience required for Non-Voice (Experienced) roles
- Communication: Excellent verbal & written English communication is mandatory
- Availability: Should be willing to work in rotational night shifts
- Joiners: Immediate joiners preferred
Salary Structure
- Voice (Fresher): 17,000 24,000 + Incentives
- Voice (Experienced): 26,000 33,000 + Incentives
- Non-Voice (Fresher): 16,000 22,000 + Incentives
- Non-Voice (Experienced): 24,000 31,000 + Incentives
- Retention Bonus (Contract Roles): 5,000/month extra
Note: Salary will be based on interview performance.
Recruitment Process
- Round 1: HR Interview (Voice) / Essay Writing (Non-Voice)
- Round 2: English Grammar Assessment
- Round 3: Final Operations Round
